Here’s a detailed guide on how to complete your order with us.
Can I Open a Print on Demand store & also bulk order items?
The short answer is yes, absolutely.
Just apply to open a POD shop and if you need to bulk order items, go into the custom merch section and place your order through there.
Ordering Individual Products
1. Browse Our Store: Start by exploring our wide range of products. Use the search bar or navigate through the categories to find what you need.
2. Select a Product: Click on the product you’re interested in. On the product page, you can select the sizes, colours quantities and variations, each product shall have its own selections.
3. Add to Cart: Once you’ve made your selections, click the “Add to Cart” button. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
4. Checkout: When you’re ready, click on the cart icon at the top right corner and select “Checkout.” You will be directed to the checkout page.
5. Enter Shipping Information: Fill in your shipping details accurately to ensure prompt delivery.
6. Payment: Choose your preferred payment method and enter the necessary details. We accept various payment options for your convenience.
7. Review and Place Order: Review your order details and click “Place Order” to complete the purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
8. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress until it arrives at your doorstep.
Ordering Bulk Custom Products
For those looking to place custom bulk orders, we have a streamlined process to accommodate your needs, and designs.
1. Download Templates: Visit our custom merch section and find the products you would like, add them to your cart then download the templates for your items. These templates will help you design your products with precision.
2. Design Your Artwork: Add your artwork to the templates. Ensure that the designs meet our specifications to avoid any delays or issues.
3. Email Your Order: Once your designs are ready, email them to us at contact@outoftheboxmerch.co.uk. Include your order number in the subject line or body of the email. This helps us match your designs to your order efficiently.
4. No Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): We understand that needs vary, so there are no minimum order quantities for bulk purchases. Order as much or as little as you need.
5. Confirmation and Review: After receiving your email, our team will review the designs and confirm the details with you. If there are any issues or adjustments needed, we will get in touch to resolve them promptly.
6. Production and Shipping: Once everything is confirmed, we will begin production. You will receive updates on the progress and shipping details once your order is on its way.
