6 of Our Favourite Custom Merchandise Items (We're Sure You'll Love Them Too!)

At Out of the Box Merchandise, we’re passionate about creating unique custom merch. From screen-printed T-shirts to mugs and patches, we love bringing your artwork to life on all kinds of products.

Here are 6 of Our favourite custom merchandise items that we like to make!

1. T-shirts

Everyone here likes a T-shirt and we definitely love making custom T-shirts, whether it is a logo, a simple design or an even something more complex, this is where most bands start off on their merch journey, and where businesses promote themselves with their logos. We can't get enough of the process and seeing all the unique designs that come with it. You can't beat a Screen-printed T-shirt!

2. Mugs

One of the first items of merch we started doing. Custom Mugs are very versatile as you can do so much with them. They're a great promotional item for businesses, artists and bands. Fans love to show off a band's album art on their mugs, they last for years and are dishwasher-safe!

3. Back Patches

A firm favourite of ours, bands and fans alike! Jackets with patches otherwise known as 'Battle Jackets' have become incredibly popular again over the last few years, you can see fans at every gig with sewn-on patches of all kinds to their battle vests, we're more than happy doing these custom back patches as they are always varied with the artwork that is printed on to them.

4. Turntable Slipmats

Vinyl has had such a resurgence over the last few years (You can't beat the sound of vinyl), that we decided to start doing vinyl slipmats. Ideal if you have a release coming up. They can be included with the release, used as an add-on for the release, or they can be set up at your merch tables and sold as single merch items.
A vinyl record slipmat also acts as a soft cushion between your turntable and vinyl giving it a degree of safety from being scratched.

5. Bar Blades

A great item to have artwork or logos printed on to, they're slim and easy to store, and when you have a few bottles backstage, friends up for a drink, or need branding for your bar or venue, our custom bar blades are a must-have item for cracking those bottles open.

We do two different types of these with a few different options, so be sure to check out the steel bar blades and the all-over print bar blades to find your favourite ones.

We keep a couple on hand for a Friday night after a hard week so the team can relax and have a beer.

For the last batch of merch, we're going to put them into one category because they're all made exactly the same way but with different attachments on the bottom, and that makes them just like the badges to us!

6. Badges - Magnetic Bottle Openers - Magnets - Pocket Mirrors.

Badges are where it all began for us, so they hold a special place here at Out of the Box Merch. Everyone, everywhere has had or bought a badge from somewhere or someone at one point or another.
They are the perfect promotional item as they are cheap and can be sold or given away, they are perfect for logos, artwork and sticking a message on.

Magnetic bottle openers, magnets and pocket mirrors are all made in the same way, except for the bottom components. They're just a great way to promote your business, and band and also make great gifts.
